HI Nick ~ ya ya..his siggy kinda freaked me out neh.. should ask him to use his real pic as avatar...  didn't let my mama know much about my condition..right now my bp still stuck in the borderline..doc asked me to take care of my food diet..sound like hopeless..no medicine to eat..except some pain killers and also the flu medicine as a sleeping pill...
