meimei ~ i cough since early sep, never take it seriously until oct then guai guai stay home for medi lor, thats why i got time to spam in lyn i guess i havent taken a proper holiday to stay at home in the past few yrs... now i decided to take a long leave cos spamming in lyn is fun ~

i cant attend gathering with u guys lah, not until xmas i think ~~ but after that i will call u everyday to chat with u and ask u to go makan with me ~~ hehe

so u got to check ur diet and shampoo lor ~ go to health section and type 'hair' there are threads to read about how to shampoo in a good way and how diet hve effect u

in short, less oil, less salty and less sugar lor

whatever girls said, it doesnt matter much lah ~ u have to know that u r overweight then do sth about it. not becos u can look good, but also to boost confident ~ u r very young leh ~ learn to self control is important
