I suddenly have that clock bug. When I set an alarm, it will go off 4 mins after the set time. So the solution is update to v31 is it? I am still on v30 btw... waiting for firmware 2.0

actually this time someone saw the phone with firmware 2.0 on both the N97 and 5800. But to me aiya heck care la... if they give, then give la... if they dont then just change phone. I malas wanna hope for the tube edi. the fact that they provide updates this long already means a lot already. even if they stop updates its ok

been monitoring the tube community for some time now and the next upbeat thing is firmware 2.0 on the tube. Supposed to be rolled out end of October but I got doubts about it. This past 2 months has been stagnant and no updates neither any good new apps released.

Even though it doesn't come with kinetic scrolling but they have seriously fixed the scrolling to be much much smoother... and I don't know why but last time using Nokia PC suite I need to do hard reset everytime update but this time I use Ovi Suite everything still works fine, I don't need to reset at all even after I update.

PReviously was on v30.. Maybe I didn't notice if it was smoother but this time round it is more obvious to be smoother.

My only problem now is the alarm clock bug.. aih

Guys, I have found a better video converter than the Free Zune Converter I previously recommended. This one will be able to create thumbnails for your videos in your gallery and also this software can be used to combine subtitle files.

Some of you are already using it, its called Xvid4PSP but this is a special modded version with the Nokia 5800 settings in there. Just select the profile and convert. Conversion time... will take about 1 hour or so to convert a 700mb dvdrip.
