usually u bluetooth files to phone it will receive as attachment. only 1 3rdparty software u can browse another phone and copy specify files and save where u want

better backup everything. If anything happens u are certain all your data are safe. Just a click your phone will be back to normal if u mess anything up in the progress.

i mean its up to u. If let says your memory card crash or corrupted. U will lost your previous data forever. Which one more pain 30mins backup of memory card or gone forever? Its your choice

FOr me i backup everything. Some ppl here have problem like sms missing? File missing watever crapy missing a click will restore back.

Usually it hang cause by memory card. Last time mine hang at the word NOKIA there.

I got one option for u.
backup your phone memory and memory card via pcsuite.

Reset your phone via *#7370#. Try whether it lag or not. if dont

then restore all except setting.
