I suspect its the battery connection..

just now put some cardboard inside...

will ask him to shake it again.

that solution 100% is on FP because i created it. For welcoming u to this thread the problem is your battery loose as stated at the frontpage. Ask Nokia to change your used phone or fixed it .

To Do items won't disappaear until you delete them or mark them as done. They will be carried forward to the current day if their due day has passed.

Opps, yes the casing i mean, haha, oic, I'm having a dilemma between 5530 and 5800, of course 5800 has more function but its design and colour looks abit dull to me, but in the case that we can change the housing, I think 5800 should be a better choice right?

Depends if budget is not an issue go for 5800XM if budget is an issue 5530.

Overall sure 5800XM wins

before this someone said v1.15 got a problem abit. but im still sticking 2 v1.14..stable and rock solid so far ^^

Is the headset under warranty? After using for 2 weeks. one side got sound, another side no sound. Just wonder can go to the shop to exchange for a new one?

all accessories have warranty of 6months for original phones.
For nokia centre if they have stock they will exchange for u within 2 hrs if they check your unit is really faulty
