is 5800 screen scratch resistant?
coz the screen protector im using is not good, planning not to use any...
will the screen scratch?

I'm sorry, my fone is fully and factory standard. I'm not interested in hacking my fone. I've read alot of HelloOX and others to hack the Nokia 5800XM to be fully utilised. But for me i prefer my fone to be virgin.

I've managed to bring up my Nokia 5800XM up to this level without any single hackings done !

   

And wanted to ask does the Nokia warranty is local or international warranty?

warranty for AP sets is only from the retailer from whom you purchased the phone.  You can’t send it into a Nokia service centre – they may refuse to entertain your claims (most Nokia phonesdo not come with international warranty as Nokia does not want customers to buy a phone in Singapore at a lower price, bring it back to Malaysia, and claim warranty in Malaysia thereby incurring a higher service cost for the Malaysian operations which then needs to be charged back to the country of sale, etc), or charge you an obscene premium to fix the phone although it is supposed to be “under warranty”

Logically that is true. If its international warranty ppl will be buying from another country for cheaper price. So your answer is local only

lucky aish_suki recall my memory i suspect is earpiece problem when 5800XM started in the market the 1st batch have this problem.

AP phones are more prone to have this problem because they do not have quality control when it reaches 3 party sellers

why i dl the garmin and doesnt work?

if original send again lor. Tell them the exact problem. The best u can show them face to face

if not mistaken... google maps do use gps for location but the maps is downloaded on the go..
google maps don have any preloaded map like mcm... tats why it need to be online to download the maps as you traverse the road...

it dont work almost. It works exactly. Because iphone didnt create another type of gps.

MFM got lite version, can dl easily from their server

my garmin had already had the img file in the folder, if i copy that img file into it will cause any file corrupt or any problem to use gramin? so far MFM stand for?
