AMEX accepted in
Crystal Crown Hotel, JB

but not in
Hotel Puri, Melaka

stay there during my business trip. Seem like only 3 stars hotel accept AMEX only.

Sigh..apple store Malaysia doesn't accept Amex. Only visa and master.

"Our Call Centres can accept payment over the telephone using MasterCard, VISA, Diners International and now, American Express.

"This enhancement is offered to serve customers better by providing an added option and convenience when they purchase their ticket over the phone," Malaysia Airlines senior general manager network and revenue management Dr Amin Khan said.

I don't think you can get the rebate in Jusco. Refer Q5

It is for all retail and dining American Express Card accepting merchants, excluding supermarkets/hypermarkets, hotels & their F&B outlets located in these malls.

Since Amex Platinum Credit card also has 5x Membership Rewards points now, is it advisable to upgrade from Gold Amex CC to Platinum CC?

My main concern will be the RM 800 annual fee. Is it waivable just by calling Maybank Customer service?

My annual spending ion amex in not much. around 12-14k/year
