Same thing here. but mine was when i checked, the customer service said they sent to my office but it was returned. I never received any notification from them. Asked them to resend to me again and they said ok within 7 days ... end up i waited and waited. Called again and the lady said will resend and check on my status ......... final blow came when i called again after a week and nothing was done .... i asked them to cancel my gold card la. This MAYBANK is so inefficient and i am not so darn free to go all the way to Menara Maybank to collect the card, when in the first place they advertise that we can collect the card at the Treats Fair within 2 hours. I only received the sms to collect, the next day at night.
Wasted my time waiting at the fair for 3 hours.
