well.....i've trying to call in for couple of day, from morning till afternoon - evening - night - midnight
it's all the same....just now i've made another call and no choice i had to go into the lost card department to get my enquiry done
and the operator mentioned that due to the government implement the credit card annual fees policy makes alot of ppl calling for this matter
but im wonder...how many operators do they have and im not sure im the one who only suffer from this situation
opps, btw, im talking too much here but i forgot to mentioned the card i got is the Maybank AMEX Gold. perhaps it's Maybank's problem..any1?
