As far i know Digi Autopay give RM5 rebate,
Amex Express Autopay give 5X reward points.

From AMEX website, American Express Personal Card is Lifetime Fee Waiver and Non Frequent Traveller Option annual fees of RM25 will be waived, is that real?

Should be combined. For my case, it took 2 weeks to deliver the card from the date i apply the card.
