So far I have not came across any merchant who accepts AMEX for Ezipay. Most of them are either Visa/Mastercard.

In case you really found on which accepts AMEX, do let us know. And yes, you get the points as well.

Initially got problem due to missmatch security no but they fixed it over the phone.

Too bad cant pay TNB, online  with amex. Else easy to get 2.5k

The double entry charge has been reversed. I called MBB CS just now and confirmed it by logging into M2U.

They said the problem was rectified in the midnight.

My Amex also being double charged on 14 Aug transaction! its was my petrol expenses.

When i called the CS, the CS asked me to go back to the petrol station and ask them to reverse the transaction.

So based on the reply above, shd i go back to the petrol station or waits for few more days?

Just in case, but have you checked your online unbilled transactions? Nov 2010 rebate will only be statemented in January. Most of us can check online, but we will only see it statemented when we get this month's statement.
