Yes, when check in M2U the both TP and MR are combined, but when you need to redeem for gifts, the point is separate.

Seems like 15% cash rebate is consider quite high, you will saved RM150 for every RM1000 spend! May I know is there any Treat Point / Membership Reward Point given when we charge our card on the selected outlets?

I think the easiest way to recognize the store whether got 15% cash rebate or not is check the AMEX small sticker is stick on their glass door or cashier there....

Still blur on current promotion as AMEX has set a quota for it, once it reach, then no more cash rebate...

I have 1 question about the 5x reward and 15% cash back for the AMEX Gold CC member.

Can I use the AMEX Gold CC at the Border to gain 15% and 5x MR point together? Have anyone tried before? Just want to make sure as I saw there is a banner of 15% cash rebate + 5 x MR point rewards at Borders yesterday, but forgot to talk to the cashier for more info....

Just get my Maybank AMEX Ikhwan Gold card approved, just curious that why the Ikhwan gold card has the 16 digit card number same as MC/Visa, as normally AMEX only have 15 digit card number, any Ikhwan gold AMEX card holder have the same digit number, or it is just my card problem?

I have received the Ikhwan AMEX card printed with 16 digits before, it was totally different with the last 5 card number in my M2U. Go to Maybank and surrender the card and re-apply again. now receive the card with no problem. Quite time consuming when facing such kind of problem, not like wrongly printed note can sell at higher price for note collector, wrongly printed credit card brings you many trouble and headache

that was a CVV security code on your card. Unlike Mastercard and Visa CVV is at the back, AMEX CVV is at front with 4 digit no.

For the latest 10x point campaign, quite hard to reach RM500 without petrol and grocery for me. As per suggested on previous posts, reload touch n go or buy gift voucher works to get the 10x point?

Some question about the 10x promotion..

1) How do we track our 10x reward points? Is that Maybank updated monthly or only will be available to view at end of the promotion period (same as last year 8x on petrol and grocery contest)?

2) a scenario here, let say this month I using AMEX for grocery and petrol on 1-23 May for RM300, at the end of the month (26 May) then I charged the AMEX on other expenses other than petrol and grocery of RM1000, so am I eligible for the 10 x RM 300 = 3000 point? Or only the expenses after 26 May can be counted?

The cashback 5% during weekend not stated on maybank2u.com, is that you speak with the customer service and they inform you?

5x + 5% is about 7.5% rebate, quite interesting..

do u think that the platinum amex will have the 10x point earned same as the original platinum amex cc and charge card at some amex participated merchant?
