Anyone have idea if we obtain our ccris report from BNM,it will show our Amex charge card spending limit(normally no pre-set by the issuer) like showing our credit cards credit limit in the report?

Just curious how another issuer determine CL if we apply by using charge card as reference(card to card basis)
