Amex Plat cc looks cheaper and cheaper now.
When it was first launched, minimum annual income requirement was RM130,000 and first year AF was not waivable. Just a few months ago, Amex was willing to waive 2nd year AF and gave auto waiver for 1st year AF. And now, income requirement are lower to a mere RM60,000 per annum.
I guess it is because Amex Gold cc is too popular and has since outshined the Plat series.
the gold cc is popular as there is no annual fees what. Nevertheless it doesn't make the Plat series look cheaper right? When it was first launched, minimum annual income requirement was RM130,000 and first year AF was not waivable.
