But how come the Platinum Partnet List does not included Parkson at all? I knew last time got....

I received my Amex Plat CC with the Welcome Pack last month. It has a booklet on the latest 10X Platinum Partners in the Welcome Pack. Parkson was listed on the last column of the booklet. So.. last week, I went shopping in 1U Parkson in Bandar Utama to buy a pair of my wife shoes at RM61.00. I checked the Maybank2U.com, I found that the RM61.00 already posted in together with the 610 Membership Rewards Points in the points column.

Hi, lauyamonk. If you wouldn't mind, I have a question to ask you on the Amex Credit Card account number. My last 5 digit on my Amex Gold Credit Card is quite inauspicious. So many numeric " 4 " on it. Anyway that I could request the last 5 digit to be change? It's not the same as the Gold Charge Card, each time I request for a replacement card on my Gold Charge Card due to damages, the last 5 digit will change automatically. But for this Gold Credit Card, even though I requested for a replacement card because it was damaged, the last 5 digit still remain the same. Any special numbers given to VIP's especially for those who are very particular about the digit " 4 " ? As for me, can you advise me how can change the last 5 digit other than reporting it lost ? Thanks.

Hi Guys,

I managed to get into the new americanexpress.com.my online website. I'm able to register my Gold Charge Card and Gold Credit Card. I noticed that the 'member since' on the left side of the screen is 1195. On the previous amex online it was stated 'member since 1995'. I wonder if the 11 stands for November '95 or its an error. Anybody experience this in the new amex online ?

Mine Worst, Renewal (GCC) card arrive member since "10" mean 2010, My memberships was since "98" on my previous card (gold Charge Card) rclxub.gif

My membership on the new Gold Credit Card also stated member since "09". I have a Gold Charge Card since "95".
I asked Amex weather I can have my "member since 95" to be on my new Gold Credit Card. So, according to the Amex Customer Service, it can be done. So they embossed me a new card with the same account number only with the member since 1995. You have to wait about a week to received your new card. No extra charges. Since you are a Amex member since 1998, why not have it on your Gold Credit Card too. nod.gif Just call them up. Good luck! nod.gif

Technical problems occurred on most Amex cards on 14 Aug. Most of the transactions done on 14 Aug were double charged. I was informed Amex is rectifying the problems. You may check your unbilled transactions online now.

Same as mine too, my Amex Gold Credit Card shows double charged on 14 Aug. Call up CS this noon, and according to them we do not need to pay the duplicate charges when the statement arrived. Just pay what we belongs to us.
