sorry. there is IBG for CIMB & HLB.
i did SI for my payment d~

my default it is e-statement i guess.
btw AMEX 1 thing not good is cannot to update particular like citibank or other online banking did.
No. That won't be possible. You cannot pay for your AMEX using IBG.

You may only pay for your AMEX card from M2U or RHB online banking. You have to select bill payment.

I guess this is it now. With MBB's decision to tax individual cards, I'm left with no choice but to cut my Ikhwan AMEX and keep my Ikhwan Visa Petronas. Will wait for a while though, as my anniversary is in July, and hopefully they can work something out to retain members. Now waiting for my 15% rebate from my shopping spree in KL. As things stand now, I have to say goodbye, dear AMEX friends. sad.gif

I also do not see any 15% rebate via M2U transaction history. I swiped Amex in Parkson at Sunway Pyramid on 6-Nov-09.

I stand corrected. Apparently we can now do IBG online via HLB.com and CIMBCLICKS.com because last time AMEX wasn't listed in the IBG list. However, CIMBCLICKS.com IBG only supports payment to Maybank AMEX credit card. IBG to AMEX charge card is still not possible.

By the way, i just checked my Public Bank and HSBC online banking accounts. Both now support IBG to Maybank AMEX and Hong Leong Bank AMEX too. However, HSBC stated that IBG to AMEX Charge Card is not allowed just like CIMBCLICKS.com.

The exchange rate will be determined by American Express. Please note that there will also be 1.5% - 2.5% of admin fee charged.

AMEX with Maybankard logo (include Maybank Islamic Ikhwan series) - 1.5%
AMEX charge card and credit card (all without Maybank logo) - 2.5%

My latest statement just came out and I can't see any rebates too.

I'm pretty sure I would have qualified for the earlier ones - Purchase date was 8th November. In 1 Utama ....

I checked the T&Cs and it says :

10. The cash back will be credited to Principal Cardmember’s Card account 4 – 6 weeks after the Tracking Month end.
The cash back amount will be rounded up to the nearest sen, for
example 1) Charge amount RM499.90 – Cash back amount will be RM75.99,
example 2) Charge amount RM999.75 – Cash back amount will be RM149.96.

It's about 4 weeks already since end of November ...

Yes. They do. For Maybank VISA and Mastercard, the admin fee is 0.5%.

I guess Amex is giving out the rebates gradually. We don't get it for Christmas but we have to be patient. xmas.gif
