M2U doesn't have transaction details wor, only card balance..
Mean cannot check online?

M2U can check last few transactions, Click on Transaction History

failed n ask me contact CS
I think just for charge card

today goin to MBB get PIN
without online acc cannot pay bill
yday help fren paid RM1000 bill, missed the chance collect points
but still cash back by my citi shell gold visa ^^

how do we know if the merchant accept AMEX?

because i go pay my apartment bill just now, the reception girl dont know it.. she even asked me back, tak sama dengan visa/master kah?

well, seeing her naive eyesight, i gave up, i just gave her my visa card.
but i see her credit card machine is maybank one wo.. so, could i assume, all maybank credit card machine accept AMEX?

for amex 15% cash rebate, i bought jusco voucher rm2k (Nov RM1k, Dec RM1k).

Not all MBB Merchant accept AMEX because it depends on the merchant request for AMEX acceptance because of high fee imposed 4% - 5%. Even the machine can swipe AMEX , most of the time they will ask you for Visa/Master, some even lying doesn't accept AMEX

Are you certain the Jusco vouchers are entitled for 15% cash rebate ? There are T&C stated that purchases made in certain sections of Jaya Jusco won't be entitled for the 15% cash rebate.

Terms & Conditions:

4. Qualifying Transaction include transactions from department stores located at the Selected Malls, for example: Isetan, Jusco Department Stores, Metrojaya, Parkson and Tangs.

When you buy Vouchers, transaction will be gone thru Jusco Department instead of Jusco Supermarket.

juz got my PIN from MBB
created another PIN & TAC for maybank2u @ATM

'transaction failed' due to unknown @@ (stupid web design nvr put error code for troubleshooting)

need to suffer again to call MBB CS~
so far worst banking CS, at least 5-15mins to pickup
CS oso duno why cannot access, said will call me back

end up he said need to add '0' for access number (total 16 digits) for login =.="

only thing i like is AMEX card...

you call MBB or AMEX. If MBB yah even the Plat line got to wait damn long However I am seldom put on hold for long when I call AMEX TOL free line 1800889559.

If he purchased the vouchers at Jusco Departmental Store then it is entitled to 15% cash back. Only purchases made in supermarkets are not included.

AMEX CS is better than MBB CS, within 3mins~
but AMEX CS cannot answer much abt m2u questions, somemore gave me wrong info saying using card no. + 4 digits on top right for create online account =.="

still citibank CS is the best.

btw anyone can confirm we cannot use m2u to pay bill online by amex cc?
only way to pay bill is @payment counter & pre-reg auto-billing?

The new gold AMEX, is it under maybank? and so there will be maybank logo on that card?

AMEX Gold does not have maybank logo on it

got a call from aig this evening, promoting their PA. saying they got my number from amex. anybody got the same call?
