AMEX plat and gold credit card get 5X points, pls refer their website for details.

Just came to know that the AMEX Plat AF is quite easy to come by. Active spending, good payment, customer loyalty (use the card for sometime) and usage at 18K for 6 months history will get the AF waived. But this is some information I got from AMEX CS.

Anyone can confirm if the above criteria?

I am really fed up with Amex. I have been complaining to Amex (via phone and email) numerous times about the 10x MR promotion which was run from April to July 2010. Amex did not deposit the additional MR points in full. My last complaint was attended by a female CS officer early December and she promised me that the balance of the MR points would be shown in the coming statement. Today I received the latest statement dated 12-1-11, but the additional MR points have not been updated yet!!!

I did record all the names of the CS officers who attended my calls as well as the details of date and time. I will write to Amex/MBB later.

Been experienced really good CS thru the AMEX Platinum helpline though.

DiGi centre at participating malls only. Not all DiGi Centres and provided that the DiGi Centre and Authorized Resellers accept AMEX.

guys, want to ask. if i don have a maybank account, i can pay through internet banking with another bank right? i pay straight to Maybank? AMEX also using maybank account right?

yes, just spoke to MBB CS and was informed cannot redeem for cash like AMEX's 200 MR = RM1, for now.

Also the admin fees for overseas transaction is still 2.5%.

The new Maybankard 2 AMEX is much better than AMEX Gold Credit Card with 5X TreatPoints on ALL purchases.

This card is really interesting! Anyway, I have checked the application form, but it doesn't have any information to fill up for Supplementary card holder. Anyone?
