they double charged me the gst tax in feb and apr bill.

this has reminded me to call them next week. tq

ya usually take 3weeks to a mth and varies due to public hol and so on.

been trying weeks but couldnt log in.

just tried to call to 1 800 88 0886 but no one pick up. very pissy service

credit or charge?

as i know, d due date will reflect yr payment n credibility of d account as told by amex staffs.

it is true that d period suppose 20 days free interest. but they do have "grace period" of few days free interest for charge card holder to make pymt without fin charge before the next statement date, for example yr date 12th each month.

they usually charge d fin charge on d statement date.

as long as u make d full payment before next payment date, u will not be charged.

Or have to bring along for payslip, Y tax doc etc?
