hi, i am interest to buy rhythm avenue which is locate at usj19. anyone have idea or opinion on this condo?
it cost about rm220k for 950sf.

and of the condo is digital mall and carrefour.

I viewed some units at rhythm avenue before, i am still hesitating to vest in here as i wonder carrefour and digital mall why still cannot "ong' even after opening for more than half year.

The quality of building is so so, but judging from the price we cannot complaint too much. The plus point is the nearby lrt station in 3 yrs time and Onecity.

the price is very cheap compare to other. but seems those buyer facing some problem.

Subang Jaya a good location, surrounded by nearby neighbourhoods. Worth to stay.

Not sure if this helps or not, the construction was delayed for quite some time (years), which is why the mall is a bit slow to develop.

i think this area will need some time to pick up.
not many ppl i think realise there is a digital mall there, or mayb it's abit far to reach.

mayb when the new LRT route will help
