pearl glo = high gloss = expose all uneven surface of your wall ceiling. prepare to skim coat +  your wall before apply if you want this paint
pentalite = matt finish premium quality paint

In other words, if your wall is smooth enough, go for pearl glo. Higher price than pentalite, but finishing better.

Again, what is your budget first to paint the whole house and whether the color you like can be found in pearl glo or pentalite.

If your wall is wet(can only be tested with protimeter, can't be seen with bare eyes), then you should use Pentalite or even the emulsion(Maxilite). Wall that is wet is usually found in new house or new wall. The wall can only be thoroughly dried in around 2-3 years. But if your house developer used maxilite when they painted it initially, then the chances of your wall being dry is higher.

But like what you said, exposed to water like in bathroom, none of the interior products is good for it. Weathershield should be used because it has resistance to water and sunlight.

Colours can be tinted using the Corob machine or Colour Solution(Multicolor Tinting System) to all the products which have bases. But not all the dealers have Colour Solution.

Pearl Glo is indeed more expensive than Pentalite for about RM12 depends on which state. It is more expensive because the raw material used is quite expensive.

Glossy finish is kinda outdated nowadays, try ask 10 I.D designer, 10 will advise you avoid pearl glo.

Another choice of premium interior paint is MURABOND, the color are close to natural color & the finish is super, still is MATT finish
