Getting Started

I've been working out for about 3 weeks. And my chest staring to shaping up. but the problem is. they are still soft. and my tummy still boyak. still boncet. plss help me out. what should i do. can u tell me about the diets. p/s im a male. im not a blob.

If I were you I would stop training immediately because if 3 weeks of training will make my muscles hard, then after 1 year my limbs will start to solidify and by 3 years I would turn into a statue.
FYI, muscle is what we call "soft tissue", only bones are hard.
