Greeting all. I just bought this phone and discover problem which is the QWERTY up-right diagonal button to key in symbol doesnt work,. When i hold button QWERTYUIOP it doesnt produce numeric character. I tried update firmware and hard reset but nothing works.

Anyone heard of this problem? Got any suggestion for this problem?
