I think there is one very nais yee tau mai inside centrepoint but that was ~9yrs ago..dunno still there?

Otherwise lotsa food inside the curve...try warung ayam penyet, Ketam steamboat, Kluang Kopitiam, Uncle Lim, Ah Tuam e, & more...unlimited choices there...

Are u referring to Champ's Bar (upstairs) in Centrepoint One-U?
They serve pretty good canto horfun/asam laksa I think

there is a food court there. Char kueh teow is good there.

And nearby places like Aman Suria, or Sunway Mas

i went to champs and woah dont think will try the hor fun or asam laksa since its like rm18 just for a plate..

went to the food court instead. didnt get to try the char kuey teow as i was hungry went to try the chinese nasi lemak instead. the rendang is good.. no doubt u guys should try the rendang

It's been >1/2 yr I din visit Ikano & even Y'day I was there but I din pay a visit to Ikano side..so dunno whether still there? I think should be kua bcos 1/2 yr ago super long que wan..

Ikano parking expensive liao...RM2 during weekend and only for 3hr nia..regretting aprking there..should hv parked at Curven or Cineilesiure got Touch & Go wan..

it's a place. best japanese restaurant for me so far

drive a bit further, go to atria. food court nearby the lotus. cheap, clean, tasty and efficient. only during the day.

this ketam village, i go there almost every week i like its curry soup / base.

p/s: super long queue? not on a sunday morning, it is getting quiet, and the aircon is super cold! shivering. food quality still remain same, 'oright.

when you say around BU is quite a lot of area oh. you can reach until Aman Suria, TTDI, around SS2, up to eCurve and Kota D.

Kota D alone got so many place to eat. just a matter of what you like and how much you willing to spend.

K damansara too far la... but places like DU, ss2 still ok la haha

Uptown got this awesome nasi lemak.. Village Park Restaurant.. awesome man.. really.. Aman Suria got alot of Chinese restaurant.. got Kayu Nasi Kandar oso.. should check them out.. Kayu Ara behind 1u Furniture got very nice tomyam.. nasi lemak behind centrepoint also nice but they open at night only.. Fatty Crab at taman megah.. yumm.. Murni ss2.. lol got alot really.. now i feel hungry...

village park nasi lemak is so-so only. banking on dr.m's visit to popularise themselves

so so? really? im a big fan of nasi lemak.. kata org Melayu kan.. the rice itself is far better then nasi lemak antarabangsa at Kg.Baru.. tho the sambal not so shiok.. but the rice sure make it up for the sambal

haiyah you be more specific what you like and how far you willing to travel beyond BU la.

cos to some people going to SS3 considered near.

for DU, try the food court. so many food there but i go there for their western food la. got 2 nice chicken chop there.

then on the other side, there's this Hokkien mee place (got a few actually) but the one i go to is the one nearest to the police station. didn't like their hokkien mee much though but their kong fu chau / ying yong is awesome.

besides that, i also heard that the shop "heavenly chicken rice" also serve decent chicken rice. some people like it, some don't. i haven't try though.

btw about the DU food court, got some nice Malay rice also.

if you go TTDI, i can't think of much. there's 1 chinese restaurant that i donno the opening hours but it's quite nice. donno the name also. behind Popeye somewhere la.

Added on October 16, 2009, 12:44 amonly worth if you like to have their gravy and willing to pay quite a lot for it.

if i want crab, I'd travel down to Desa Aman Puri or the areas around there to have a hearty crab meal.

Chinese food also plenty. pay additional RM 3.20 for toll to and fro but overall still better value for the dishes.

LOL. i don't remember the name of tha Canadian Pizza either.

I remember there's Porto Romano on the same block, among other restaurants.

Devi's Corner that row itself has many other restaurants as well.

For quick meal, there's KFC and Popeye (I prefer Popeye).

In fact if go further into TTDI and towards the highway, there's Rasta TTDI and opposite / around Rasta there are some other restaurants.

Yeah yeah called Restoran Idaman right behind 1u furniture and infront Kayu Ara mosque..

nasi lemak is right behind Centrepoint.. u cant miss it.. now price gone up but once in awhile i still go there.. nasi lemak with fried chicken and curry.. yumm..

ooo.. im not a big fan of crab but time to time i love sucking on it lol

yeah true.. Kota Damansara is quite near if u know ur way.. ive been there few times but only hangout at mamak.. saw dozens of Chinese restaurant.. food there smell so good lol.. must be pork? lol..

for mamak.. if really wanna eat i would go Jaipur for the banana leaf rice or Makbul for nasi kandar.. the rest are only worth hanging out.. food not so nice.. i used to ponteng sekolah and hangout at Maulana lol..

Food at Rasta are overpriced.. and not that nice.. but the burgers are awesome.. got a lot of chicks tho lol.. and u will see poserama dudes there too trying to impress chicks there lol.. infront Rasta got Restoran Putri.. most of the time fully reserved.. they serve Malay food.. very nice.. but be sure to make reservation 1st..

ah got Muhibbah Seafood.. u guys ever tried?? they got awesome dishes too.. same row with Hong Leong Bank.. at the very end of the road.. must try..

champs bar centrepoint serves some interesting local foods, including asam laksa, chicken rice and cantonese horfun, nice!

it's overpriced, people go there for shisha or whatever you call that smoke thing.

I can't agree more. Kin Shui Tei at the Clubhouse of Tropicana Golf Club is the best fine dining Japanese restaurant in Klang Valley. It is quite hidden though!! But I managed to the download the map from the website.
