I was thinking to play movies (mkv) from my PC which is about 15 meters away from my TV.

I want to connect PC -> HDMI -> TV about 15 meters distance.

Is it possible to buy a HDMI cable that long? Is there going be problem with quality of video and sound?

Where can I buy and roughly how much?

you can try (in this situation at 15mtrs, quality cables come to play)

anyway, if there is problem you will know it, white flashes, sparklies in video, weird audio sound.. very abrupt artifacts

(it won't be slightly blur video, slight color run off or softer audio degradation etc, like traditional analog audio/video connection)

Must wait for HDMI 1.4 for that length

I used the 15m for my HD65 during the SVS event. Not a single problem. Less than RM200, nothing to complain.

someone here is telling from recent experience it's fine with 15mtr.. summore only rm200... why confuse people with booster /active cable and other things??
