Hi what happen to my Mass Effect 3 Collector Edition. Until now i haven't received my parcel. From the tracking number you provided, PosLaju always claiming couldn't deliver due to no one at home. But the problem is i was at home for the past 2 days. What happen? can you help to follow up. I guess would be greater if sender help to chase as well.

Hey bro, so when you open the parcel the game has been open already? Is the steelbook casing still sealed?

When collected at pos parcel still sealed but when i open it no sealed on steelbox n the sticker ady open as on picture.. If this is normal i'm fine but courious how come item new but not sealed..

Nope bro, I don't think this is normal, all the items are brand new and sealed. But if everything inside is not open before and new and if you don't mind maybe you can keep it and I will credit off more discount off your next purchase. Do let me know whats your decision?
