I'm having a dilemma here

Which one is better?
ZA Blemish Shoot Dewy Gel or Simple Oil Balancing Moisturizer

I've read some of the reviews on the internet but still not quite satisfied with 'em

I have slightly oily skin, acne-prone too but not very serious (only when approaching my period time)

Also some acne scars which i reli wan 2 eliminate

Need some honest opinion ya
