Here's my workstation, just moved in to a new place

why don't you try logitech's G15? has media buttons and a lcd to go with
IIRC the price around the same with the illuminated keyboard. |

yeah the keyboard does have backlight. it's Logitech G110. all hiruka's stuff are logitech
btw Hiruka, is the backlight of the keyboard bright? any feedbacks about the keyboard? |

if you clean up your table or have a bigger table, you can use the old LCD as a secondary monitor, if it's still working well |

maybe can buy those round cable wraps from ikea or any other store, will look more neat
