1. I have been told earlier that dividends from S-Reits are tax free but I am now just told it's taxable income in Malaysia (i.e. I hve to declare and it will attract tax).
2. Can I know if one can buy SReits "on-line" or thru' a remisier? Is the buyer then the registered owner (through CDS or a similar S'pore equivqlent) or it's held in the Malaysian stock-broker name on your behalf?
