I just put some of my hard earned money into SG stock account.

Where do I start to do homework on what good dividend stocks to buy?

Also, any taxes or declaration to do on Msia side if SG pays me some money?

I got some dividend yield. Are we Msians able to claim tax refund on the dividend taxes? (as we are not tax resident there)
