Considering between SP Ausnet and CitySpring.... Tough Choice
Already have 13 lots of CitySpring average 0.51.... Or should I work hard hard and get both? SP Ausnet has higher yield, but susceptible to Aussie dollar fluctuations... CitySpring not as susceptible, but lower yield. One backed by Singapore Power, the other by Temasek Holdings... |

That uncle also told me
But hor, I have nothing much that I want to sell... But will take his advice on top of personal analysis to park new funds sidelines so that my cash position will slowly increase 93.5% in equities, remaining in cash now... As time goes on, should be able to modify this percentage via income and dividends... |

QUOTE(wlcling @ Apr 26 2010, 11:12 PM) that's why I don't play warrants mah... Can go both ways with zero dividends Waiting for next month's salary to average up on CitySpring + S$2k dividends coming throughout May! ==> Dividend reinvestment strategy begins! |
