I got some dividend yield. Are we Msians able to claim tax refund on the dividend taxes? (as we are not tax resident there)

I need advice from sifu who already have done this before. Thanks!

The yield is around 4.5%. Not that attractive.

The operating cost is going to increase due to the high oil price in the future.

They will be spending more on maintenance.

However, SMRT is essential service in Singapore. The govt will ensure that it runs smoothly. The govt will probably approve fare hikes in the future too. Therefore, it is still a reasonable dividend stock, but I dun think there will be significant capital gains.

I used to have this in my portfolio. But no more. Similar to Singpost.

Of course it could. But nobody knows whether it will or not.

Wilmar is no doubt a blue chip, but it is neither a high growth nor high dividend stock. IMHO it's only worth buying when severly undervalued.
