and what you've said is probably due to me that used to:
in WoW:
- ex-hardcore pve raider
- ex-semihardcore pve guild leader
- ex-hardcore pvp guild leader
- still an arena team lead
IRL:
- ex-teamlead
- ex-project lead
while i dont hold those positions now that ive moved to my new job, the pay is much higher than before and i still do handle tasks time to time which requires management/leadership capabilities
just for the record, no, im not a recruiting manager IRL LOL
