Hi all,

I know currently government giving out chances to those seniors that is still under "red" ic (permanent resident) to change it to "blue" ic (malaysian).

Anyone know how's the procedure? What document is needed? Any charges?

Thanks and regards

I think TS, refering to those older generation born & raised up in Malaya & thereafter Malaysia but due too technicallity issue such as No birth cert to prove, having very little education & can't read malays & etc...that resulted them from getting a citizenship although 100% Malaysian.

Manyak cases & sensitive issue liao..but I dunno the procedure too..
