This question has been asked by me, hehe

But final solution, I buy HAF932 for high air flow, so I dont wanna put a filter anymore.

If you really want, buy and cut a car sunshade

look for aircond filters....the foam type. this is what i use....bought it at ace hardware.... decent filtration and airflow...easily washable.

reason i didnt mention it earlier is coz theyre a little hard to find these days...

Try using some fine plastic mesh. It's usually green in color, cheap and big enough to cover your application. smile.gif

How do you stick the filters on to your fans anyway? Double sided tape? or try to screw it between the fan and the casing?

how about those insect filter that is common on food drawer? i just bought them at rm8 per meter. holes are almost the same size of the dust filter available in HAF922.
put two layer of them and u'll have good dust filter.

Last time I use those kitchen use filter to for fan filter. You shouldn't let your case open for airflow, a well managed case airflow can be better than a open up case. Use something to cover up and leave only holes in the place you put fans. Use a intake and exhaust fan, fit filter in the intake fan. Putting more clean intake air than exhaust can reduce a lot of dust
