There's only 1 solution for Wii, a 852 x 480 res plasma TV, usually those 32" ones.
(WTA) Best budget and optimization to set up wii, lcd monitor or tv? wat size goes best?

QUOTE(wadvert @ Oct 7 2009, 09:51 AM) so far have heard all difference opinion and everyone enjoy it all the same in their own right. Not really, I was giving you the best solution, while paige was offering a budget no complain solution. The decision is yours really. Cheap and no complain or best?so can anyone help to sum up which is the rightly best budget one ? lcd monitor 24' + component cables with the capability to record gaming or a plasma tv 32' |

QUOTE(gnsumas @ Oct 8 2009, 07:43 PM) No, XRGB isn't the best solution. I stick by my words, a 852 x 480 plasma, reason? It has 480 horizontal lines, perfect for 480p. And it has wide screen ratio, and some Wii games runs beyond 640 vertical lines on 16:9 mode, and that's the other advantage over 4:3 screens. |

That's why I said plasma 852 x 480, pixel to pixel mapping. Others may have very good, acceptable, or whatever result you get, but there's only 1 best solution, the rests are called better.
