tactics is... dun layan the gurl so much...and act like ur tryin to hard..
most of the times... reverse psychology is the best...
dun compliment them... instead... kutuk them... make them piss...

you negotiate the price. u want to buy with lower price, sometimes it works when u act like dowan to buy, then the person will agree to lower the price.

but if so many other ppl willing to buy with higher price than you, then seller won't even bother to look at you acting ignoring him.
