tried master & commander... was ok only i thought tongue.gif
Same here. It underwhelmed me also.

I had to adjust the sub trim another +3 dB for it to be better. Maybe the bass recording level is lower than usual? hmm.gif

1. AWESOMELY DEEP BASS  drool.gif Tested with 15Hz setting. The pressure built up in the room is immense. IMHO, better than the Ironhide scene in Transformers. Tmw, will be testing it with 10Hz.
That's one thing about the PB13 Ultra, it sure can build up the pressure. Say, do bring Die Hard 4 when u come to Ipoh.

Yeah, in your dedicated HT room (without openings) I think 75dB would be right for that monster sub. Although running it a bit hot would also be a blast! smile.gif

I also think it could be Open Range. Did it star Kevin Costner?

Kevin Costner? 'Open Range' whereby a pistol sounds like a howitzer.

Yeah, very impressive gunshots but some people have said it is over mic'd.
