Just a quick customer feedback for you.

Went to visit Wayne in his shop - iService on 15 Dec 2012. It is very easy to locate as it is just next to Giant, Puchong.

Wayne is familiar with iPhones. The home button of my iPhone 4 was fixed in less than 30 minutes where he even share a lot on how users should check on all the functions after dismantling iPhone.

After that he proceeded with fixing my sister's LCD screen and home button. Although there is a small hiccup on the sensor not working initially, it was later solved. He personally tested all the functions to make sure the phone is working as a regular iPhone.

Inexperience users would just leave the repair shop once ensuring the broken part is fixed, only to realize other part might be broken upon dismantling an iPhone. Making sure everything is in working condition upon leaving the shop is a great practice, moreover, Wayne himself tested for us.

Not sure if we are quoted the cheapest price but I am sure that even if it is not cheapest, the money is well spent as we received a real good and prompt service.
