GT240 should be enough to run on medium without any fps stuttering..
on my old@2nd rig 9600gts and athlonII x4 if only on medium setting it still smooth for 30-40fps. on side note i only run on 1024x768res coz that rig only have 15in monitor. higher res than that will hurt my eyes coz gui will be too small.

i just waited for 20min = 1hour30min.
still need to wait for 30min.
made me thinking changing server. but to do all those low lvl quest again kinda *blueeqh

System Restore might eff up recent program installed.
so i would say better go with clean windows installation.

tera no need to redownload and reinstall.
just save the current tera folder ( i put it i different partition from my windows ).

make sure u backup the client folder 1st.
if u dont want to redownload 27GB as is.

Blade and Soul is abit different than this. (assisted aim where the target is auto select when its near ur crosshair).
but if u dont mind it u can try checking Neverwinter. F2P but need to pay if u want to try it now as its still in limited close beta test.

i just create a char in Arcadia.
will be playing this casually.
is there any guild that accept casual player in Arcadia.
hope there is a need for mystic in dungeon.
