Those residing in Russia, or a former Commonwealth Independent State, will unfortunately be unable to access Frogster servers in Europe for legal reasons. The Commonwealth includes : Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine. Regarding Middle East, Africa and Asia, those territories are not blocked at this stage but this is subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

hi can anyone give me an update whether we can play tera NA or EU server here in asia or not?

its was quite troublesome for me as well, i wish to pre-order the game and play it in close beta test + when open beta. But im afraid of enmasse (US server) might block the ip of whole asia, might include msia, which i will waste money on buying.
But i heard that euro server might not blocking asia, but the price get too high if u make exchange rate to it. x-x

Enmasse price: 50usd = RM 150
Europe price: Eur 50 = RM 200

The pricing for euro is crap if u compare to US....

at least it is confirm that Tera Europe is not IP block Asia country. very smooth the gameplay.

think each ID can only create 1 character. i cant create 2nd character unless i delete the first.

What's the latency to SEA like? I'm not too keen on the 50 euro price tag. Honestly that's as much as like a week's worth of groceries here.

I played the sneak peak/functionality tests on EU Tera and my ping hovered around 300-400 (unifi 5mb). While im hoping enmasse would come to their senses and disband the stupid ip blocking its probably not gonna happen. If i can find a reliable tunneling service id probably get NA Tera. Worse comes to worse, id get EU Tera, since theyre saying they wont block Asia.

Game is just too beautiful to pass up. Would make for a fine game to tide me until GW2 comes out

i wan to ask those who bought from EU pre order, does the maybank debit card works? I cant seem to buy it, not so sure wat the problem...

I just got in for a closed beta invite and it's just now that I realised that this country has been IP blocked. Seriously, En Masse, I was willing to throw lots of money at you(and many others) for this game and yet you're blocking a country that probably doesn't even have any trace of hackers. >:(

Oh well, I guess I should save the money for when GW2 comes out...

has anyone tried to play on NA server yet? and if so is it confirmed that the ip is blocked?

Beta opens at 8PM Msia time I think, so we'll find out then. I'm currently using AOL for it, ping prolly gonna be pretty high though. Anyways anyone have any specific preferences for tunnel services for the US vers ?
