I would most likely choose a pve server, who the f*** care about the pvp, its noob, nonsense, and wasting time. those who gank who win, i would rather go play dota then geting gank by 100 ppl waitng outside the city. This aint 300, that y i quit pvp server when i reach lv11. cant even get my mount.

But still, EU community really terrible, its like dividing a few gang, French, german and bla bla.

I heard that SG might choose one server, might as well we join them? cos it will be much fun with some neighbourhood playing together. =D

That's what you can expect from an open world pvp system without any factions incorporated in the game.

PVE servers are perfect, only difference is there is no open world PVP. Can't wait for Server vs Server battles though, gonna be on an epic scale.

EU Community, NA Community, SEA community it's all the same, meet a few bad apples and we stereotype entire regions >_> best to just ignore them and enjoy the game amongst ourselves.

If I don't get that country supremacy bullshit then I guess that's cool. Ultimately, I'll just be ignoring everyone and enjoying the game with my buddies in the PvE realms. No need to spoil your gaming experience by interacting with bad eggs. Log-in > Chat Options > Untick everything.

No proxy needed although some people do use VPN's just incase but from what I've enquired from current players they say it's not necessary if you want more info I can pm you a link guiding you through the process of joining

Also to anyone asking about whether Arboera will be a PVP server;

Why do people dislike PvP? I thought it's more fun compared to PvE. Then again, maybe it's just the matter of taste.

I love PVP but I don't like the fact of getting ganked while I'm leveling. It may be fun to some people but to me I want to level at my own pace, not looking over my shoulder every 5 seconds looking for level 50's searching for a cheap thrill. In most MMO's there are factions to negate this problem by incorporating zones where one of the faction controls and usually mirrors another zone to balance out PVE content between the two factions, this I don't mind but in games like Tera, the PVP servers system reminds me of CABAL, seeing as there is no factions, anyone can be ganked anywhere and at anytime. Again this is preference but I've stated my reasons for it and there are two seperate server types so everyone SHOULD be happy

Yea I'll definitely be playing on EU cos most of my friends can't afford kTERA this will last me till EU's release though so I'm cool with it haha probably get to max way before then

sure ppl can get killed in the city? anyways ive always been a proponent of pvp servers since starting WoW since IMO questing is just too bland when all you can do with an OPPOSING faction is just stare at them. of course there are times when i get camped by high levels but the fun has always outweighed the bad for me.
that said... im considering pve servers for TERA.. maybe because im getting old.. or the server vs server warzone seems like a better place to pvp.. however one thing stopping me from going pve atm is the absence of Guild vs guild on pve servers. Apparently ppl on the forums are trying to get enmasse/frogster to put GvG on pve servers. if they do, guess ill roll PVE..

Yea, I'm still contemplating whether I should get unto the PvP servers. Of course it's a nuisance to be jumped at by a group of high levels when you're leveling, but then again, putting that aside, it's pretty fun if you get to help someone who's being bullied too. xD Or maybe ask guildies to back you up when you're in trouble.

You can't get killed IN Velika, but you can't leave it either. They camp the gates and the ranch.

Anyone playing in the next EU beta? Thinking of making a guild so we can hunt bam's in our late 20's, they give sh*tloads of exp especially in groups since we take them down faster.
