hi guys ...been house hunting. found one finally. A Semi D .... but there's a power station built just outside the fence of the Semi D. AND i heard a lot of negatives statement of houses too close to the power station. Any comments or views guys?!

feeling of unsafe due to the proximity of the power station, give me a feeling what if the power station on fire n exploded

there is no concrete facts to proof power station affect human health. However, I believe it will somehow affect your electronic appliances. You may call TNB to verify this since government will have guides about building houses and safety measurement.

heard that ther will be side effect from those sth like microwaving derive from the tower and affect pregnant lady. try google and see..from what i know houses which built beside or near to the power station got lower value than the houses which are far away from the power station

closer to power station = power loss is lesser, power factor closer to 1.
i duno where location ur house is, if the power station is coal then die....gas turbine, then ok ok and noisy

for me i'll not buy even is cheaper

Even there is no solid proof about its -ve effect but with so many ppl "pantang" about its existence, better avoid it; next time want to let go also susah, cannot expect much on its resell value too I suppose

maybe we take a vote. make his/her life easier.

yeah ..someone bought it already. Actually, its a small power station located just right beside the house. its like after u reverse ur car outisde ...then ur car will be side by side with the power station just outside ur house gate. Very close. i was asking around on it yesterday. too baadddddd
