Education Level: dip in chem eng
Age: 29
Memorable moment: participated in overseas equipment training course for 2 weeks in july 2004

i work also in IPTS.

job description: teach diploma and give tutor to bachelor (teach at nite here also but no OT)
experience: 3 years plus in other IPTS (previous salary 1390 net without increment). this IPTS almost bankrupt i had to stay coz cannot find other job
edu level: bachelor
salary now: RM2000 minus EPF etc 1700++ only

I survey that IPTS especially private college does not give good pay. but there are diferent case for private university like swinburne, curtin, uniten, UTP. but hard to get job there...

anyone agree that i underpaid?

in my opinion: underpaid

well i think most IPTS gave priority to the lectr instead of technical staff. but most IPTS actually care less about all the staff's welfare. they dont even provide a place to pray 4 the staff. but if i were u, i would fid other job, u r marketable enough . IPTA especially pay very well for technician. i heard in gov, the salary grade was great
