Jst to ask, wonder why many ppl rather wait for headdunter than go out and interview for new/better job? I guess if you ask around your frens you should be able to get a few offer coming in if you have 3 yrs experience....(at least in my field - Industrial Automation)

My personal thinking: I feel like you are abit underpaid, since you are already 3 yrs with ur current company and bearing a title senior graphic designer, i think rm2.5k - rm2.8k will be more justify. Why not try looking out? As chinese ppl always say, "a fish that stay in the same pond too long will not get fat"   Good luck....orh...BTW, I'm looking out also...wish me luck
