Wow i guess some big companies reward their employees this way. Anyway care to share the range of increment for Exact? Since there is description its so stressful working there maybe got 20% gua.
i dun think any company will give 20% increment to salary.. a possible 10% will even be very very high increment already.... averagely i think 2-5% increment p.a. is realistic/normal... staff would instead get lots of bonus if the company do well in that year
