u are half correct and half wrong.

the corect is penang island house really ridiculous overpriced due to lack of land.

the wrong is the rental is much more cheaper than KL house rental. That's why it is not a good investment to buy house in Penang for investment unless u want to stay there permanently. Price is high but rental low.

And the food at penang also cheaper than KL but the quantity of the food i feel that is lesser than those in KL.

Somemore, at penang island u no need to pay tol even u lost laugh.gif
