QUOTE(mner @ Oct 16 2005, 10:04 AM) Job Title : VB Programmer Job Desciption : Customise/Develop new program for ERP Company : ExactSoftware Industry : IT Tenur : Permanent Employment Level : Executive Experience before joining : 2 Years Salary : RM3K++ I've been for an interview at ExactSoftware KLCC... the working environment is simply not suitable for me, it has that jail/factory rigidness to it. No offense to you, it's just my comment on the company office I eventually declined their offer. I might turn into a robot if I work there.

QUOTE(hk_loo @ Oct 5 2006, 06:47 PM) u r in deep trouble...i 2 years already 3k..also IT Some grow fast early and slow down later, some slow down early and grow fast later QUOTE(ky_khor @ Oct 5 2006, 11:37 PM) depends.... some ppl's 3 years experience = 1 year experience repeat 3 times only Your statement is very... accurate. Actually, it hurts BTW my company just gave out 2005's salary increment. Imagine, a listed company gives out increment 10 months later. Those who resigned before today don't get any pro-rated increment... company save up already. But at least we have back pay for the past 10 months' increment.
