Sometimes is not how big paycheck you get. Maybe there are other benefit that a company can provide you. I dont get a very big paycheck from my company but I get some benefit such as if I got my own family all their medication is covered. My company also have recreation activities like family day and sports game.
I have few more benefit from the company which others may also have different. Dont just judge the paycheck but the overall welfare. |
