...hello everybody...need advise...im from sarawak...wanted to buat a condo...read one advert tat Pandan Height , Pandan Mewah Condo is selling at RM160,000 ...1700 sq 3 bedroom..fully furnish...any complaint or reviews on tis condo...any traffic jams or bad thing i shld know...rental rate...if for on used...hows the living condition...Thank you

My office is near this area, the lrt station is no where near the condo u have to drive about 10 minutes to reach there. There are a lot of African peoples hanging around this area as well as some Libyan peoples here. U will see quite a lot of chop shop near by. There is no big shopping center around except the moderate small old one like Paragon shopping center. Morning hours usually the traffic will be quite jam as usual for kl.

Do u mean Pandan Mewah Court Condo at Jalan Mewah 4, Taman Pandan Mewah, 68000 Cheras?

Where is your working place in KL? Maybe u can find places near to it for your convenient. As per your budget,not many place that I can think of except the following, I stay nearby this garden also but is 2 storey, Bandar Puteri Puchong. Everything is within 5 minutes travel like shopping Giant,Tesco,Jaya Jusco, Eatery are a lot i.e Sushi King, Shabu Shabu, mamak food, chinese food, Korean food, indian food, malay food etc. Bank i.e public, Citibank,Al-Rhajhi Bank,RHB Bank etc.....u hv to come and take a look yourself.
